Kaleidoscpio

"Thus, we are facing a phenomenon that shifts like a kaleidoscope, facing what we might call the future."

Held between December 2, 2023, and March 24, 2024, at the Paço Imperial, the IX Biennial of the UFRJ School of Fine Arts presented, for the second time in this historic venue, the artistic production of its students.

Under the theme Kaleidoscope, this edition brought together 54 artists and 76 works, proposing a field of multiple perspectives, intersections, and sensitive combinations. Featuring the largest number of works ever exhibited up to that point, the show highlighted the diversity of languages and the vitality of the creative processes in development at the EBA.
